Death is a part of life I accept that, but to see a women of such strength.
Physically I am strong but not strong enough. The lord has watched over her all her life and I thank him for that, but let her pass with the dignity.
You dont know me so I will not ask you how I should cope. Tell me how you would?

I would be there to help how I could while she was alive and tell her my feelings about her. I also would have the people who are apart of our lives together to stick together during this time.

After she died:
I would cry and surround myself with people who loved my nan and also care about me. I would talk about what she gave me and how much it meant to me. I know that I would feel empty for a while and I know that this is because I am missing her being here right now.

You want to be able to tell her how much you love her and make sure that she is not suffering. She will appreciate you just being there with her. Understand that feeling sad and angry and upset is perfectly normal but death is a part of life. Help her to feel that its OK not to struggle and fight death but to embrace peace. Help to make the transition easier.
