Seriously, you need clean carbs like rice, pasta, whole grains. They will keep you feeling energetic for hours and you'll feel full. I was a wrestler and football player, and that's what we ate, white rice or plain spaghetti. Stay away from any sugars until very close to your match because the energy is fairly immediazte and the energy fades fast!!! Do the bowl of rice (maybe with some beans) and then have an apple while on the sidelines, and you will feel terrific!!!

Don't forget the water. You need to start drinking enough water hours before. By the time you are thirsty in a game, it's already somewhat too late to replenish. Have a good size glass of water at least twice, starting about an hour before.

Good luck...It's proven that people that take care of the little things have more stamina and their muscles recover faster from strain!!!!

P. S. The previous post from Aghia is good advice too!!!

i don't think of there's a lot which you're able to do, and it is common for her to drink basically 4 oz..of milk or much less at her age. I presently have a 2 month previous, and he or she wakes up 2 - 5 circumstances between a million:00 AM and 6:00 AM. My husband takes her interior the early morning and watches her so i will get somewhat greater sleep in. If she's your basically infant, you are able to nap while she's sound asleep - as long as you're actually not at artwork. I do have 2 different infants. My first born slept 7 hours in a row from start. My 2nd did not sleep contained in direction of the night until he became over a year previous. you are able to try having a bedtime ordinary, and making helpful which you hold night feedings "strictly company" (conversing in a whisper, no enjoying, etc) yet different than that - merely wish for the terrific. stable good fortune to you!

bannanas are ok but grapes have more sugars, if you need more than a snack brown rice is good, as are some of the low fat granola bars, you need a snack that is going to stay with you, my kids ate spaghetti or mac n cheese a few hours before games, pasta is a slow release carb that fuels longer and more steady.
Hydration is important before during and after a soccer game so drink lots of water, 8 ounces an hour before at least 8 during and 8 after.
A good diet daily will help fuel the muscles that allow you to play, good diets also increase your stamina which is the mainstay of any soccer player.
Choose your foods wisely

Before my soccer games, I eat 3 hours before, a good dinner to store my energy. Then when it is about warmup time, I take a orange and eat it. To hydrate yourself, just take water and take a small sip. To much will cause a cramp.

Bananas are rich in potassium and will help you avoid cramping. A protien bar would be good as well. Be sure to hydrate too.
