she's 13 in 8th grade. i want to get her one of those themed things but not a movie themed thing (popcorn, movie tickets, candy, soda, dvd) bcuz that's what everyone does. I need a good themed idea for secret santa. I can spend up to 20 dollars

If she does crafts, fill a basket full of craft items.
If she sews,,,,make her up a sewing basket with a pattern for a bag,,the fabric and thread and such needed to make it up...
If she likes to cook (I did when I was 13) make a cooking basket with a box of brownie mix, fudge mix,,,and a square pan to make it in....etc...not much cooking needed on those..
If she has dogs or cats,,,make her a basket with toys and treats for her animals....
Make up a basket full of things for the face....moisturizer, toner, cleanser, washcloths,,,that sort of thing

if plays and instrument i would get her a christmas music book, and a christmas tree ornment that is shaped as a quarter note and an itunes gift card
if she likes music in general i would get her a christmas cd and an itunes gift card and and one of those singing christmas cards.
