Get an atty, or move on.

It would be helpfl if we knew why they decided to bar you. Did they accuse you of breaking the rules? Was your behavior inappropriate? If you feel you have been discriminated against for race, age, sex, sexual orientation, religion etc. contact an attorney. Many times all it will take is a letter from an atty to the Y and this matter can be solved.

See a lawyer. He can tell you what to do next for a small fee.

When we had trouble getting Terminix to pay for the damage to our wall to be rebuilt after they cleared the house for termites, we contacted our lawyer and told them how many times we called with no response. He charged us $25 to send a letter and the day after the letter was received, Terminix called us to set up and appointment at 7:30 in the morning! Your situation is a bit different, but s/he know how to proceed.

dont think you have much options they are a private business and have the right to refuse service to anyone they want for what ever reason..unless you can prove it for sexual or racial descrimination then i guess you would have a descrimination lawsuit on your hands but that is darn near impossible to prove

Just tell them you're gay with aids, a Muslim terrorist or a Mexican illegal and they will let you back in. Other wise you screwed. ;-)
