I have a conflict at work that I am not sure how to resolve. I had a excrcise ball stolen from my cubicle. I feel a co-worker took it because they were annoyed with me throwing the ball up in the air and catching it. The ball isnt worth much ,but I feel like my space was violated. What should I do?

Let it go. I think just from what you wrote, you need to look at your behavior as well. If it annoyed someone, they would have felt compelled to eliminate the annoyance even if it meant "violating your space".

Go buy another one, then pay attention to who remarks about what you do with it. Make the effort to communicate why you do what you do, and find a compromise to avoid annoying others. Your work environment is a public area, therefore subject to the social "rules for public behavior".

You need to report it at work. It is theft after all, and it's the principle of the matter aswel!
Was your cubicle locked? Did someone have to have a key to open it, or was the cubicle door forced opened?
You need to tell them that either your cubicle needs repairing, or a lock fitting!
As you said, it is your personal space that was invaded, and you feel violated!
You could alternatively, depending on how well you normally get on with your o-workers, try talking to them!
Maybe you could, in front of your co-workers, have a pretend phone conversation with someone, saying how sorry you are that their ball has disappeared, and you'll check your cubicle again, and if it really isn't there, you'll report it!
If the culprit is listening, they could decide to sneak it back in there, and you could catch them in the act, or leave it at that!
You shouldn't have o tolerate this sort of behaviour in the workplace!
I hope this helps!

Unless you can prove it, I don't think you could do much. Take it home with you next time, or lock it in a cupboard if you can.
