Does anyone know what i can use to clean the fan of the computer so it wont hurt the computer?

I usualy take them out and rinse them in the sink... Probably not a good idea but it doesn't seem to hurt it any... just make sure its dry

ive heard you can use compressed air, like a compressed air duster, it comes in a can and a nozzle straw kind of thing
