The function F(x) is an antiderivative of the continuous function f(x) and
f(-3)=1, f(-2)=1, F(-3)=1, F(-2)=5

give the value for integral from -3 to 2 (f(x))dx

I really hope you've made some typos, as this makes no sense to me as written.

The value of the integral is actually F(2) - F(-3)
