Yes she did, but the Weasley's pulled her out at Christmas because of the trouble she was causing at the school.

Remember how Mrs.Weasley wanted the kids to go back? And remember that now schooling was mandatory? I assume GInny went to school. But, we know she was pulled out somewhere along the lines. Cause Neville told Harry that he Ginny and Luna were the leaders and that they both got taken out of school. If I remember it Luna was pulled off the train at Christmas and Ginny was taken out around Easter? I don't know my times but I know GInny did go and was pulled out.

It is not said. However, I would think she would have, if only to play Quidditch--how else would she have caught on as a professional player?

We weren't told if she did or didn't, but it is assumed that she did. There would be no reason for her not to after Voldemort was defeated.
