I have a Emachine computer and I really want the Keynote program from an Apple computer. Do anyone know how I can get it.

Buy the Keynote program for Windows-compatible computers.

Keynote is Mac only. If you want Keynote get a Mac.
As with most Apple programs it is much better than its Microsoft equivalent.
