No one goes to jail for their first DUI offense! Usually its fines +probation and possibly a suspended license. You people saying its cuz he's a celebrity obviously don't know much about the legal system. You only face jail time if you're a repeat offender.
By the way I've had a DUI. Im not a celebrity but I didn't have to go to jail. I got my license suspended for 3 months and a fine. The killer though was the lawyer fees.

Well for most of the year he manges the St. Louis Cardinals, and ti is hard to run a baseball team from a jail cell, and plus the manger and coaches are needed at the games, they have to be there, they can''t be somewhere else coaching thier team, and how will they talk to each other by phone. Now he does have during the offseason, and plus he has to be at training camp in time, when the deadline he gives for pitcher and catcher to report, and then the rest of the team. Did you really think that they will have that for 5 years, that during the offseason he will report to jail, when the St. Louis Cardinals are done with thier season, no matter if they make the playoffs, or how they do or if the fact get to the World Series? And only to have them in jail, for a couple of months, and out in time for camp? And who knwos where he will be when his 5 year probation is done.

No. I nonetheless undergo in concepts the sturdy circumstances even as he change into coping with the Oakland A's. everybody makes mistakes. for sure, Tony LaRussa shouldn't get any particular treatment lower than the eyes of the regulation, yet so some distance as public opinion he could get the great thing about the doubt. Is there a heritage? No. enable's provide him yet another danger. for sure, my opinion might want to be diverse if he had harm someone. no one has the right to harm yet another.
