Isn't it sick to see YA Libs care more about illegals than very very very poor and suffering American grandmas and grandpas?

Why not increase existing programs for the elderly instead of giving so much money to illegals?

By the way, hospitals MUST give free healthcare to illegals who come to their emergency rooms. And, hospitals DO give that FREE healthcare.

Yes, something is deeply wrong with our Congress - and I suspect it is caused by their refusal to consider just who they represent - American citizens who voted them into office or the illegal immigrants whom they feel will form a dependent voting block that will keep them in office.

Well every child in America has free education. And illegal aliens do not get free health care. There is absolutely no program to provide free health care to illegal aliens. These are just facts, not a political position. Also another fact, property takes are a local tax, the main use of which is to fund the local schools. So the property taxes have nothing to do with Congress which is the national government.

Emergency rooms must give EMERGENCY CARE, that is stabilize, everyone who comes in. And they bill everyone that they provide care for. Belief me, I have a condition that has landed me in the ER several times and I or my health insurance provider have been billed each time. Some illegals do not pay when they are billed. That just makes them deadbeats, it does not mean the government is providing them with free healthcare.

And there is no federal program to provide illegal aliens with any money.

Just the the facts. Just reality. Wake up and face it.

Because of the way you worded your question, the immediate response was to note that property taxes are a local issue. This is true, but is not the problems homeowners are facing right now. They are losing there homes because the banks and mortgage companies are using fine print and shady tacticts charge hidden fees and not account for payments. This IS the federal governments fault, and thus far little has been done to even address the issue, let alone fix it.

The healthcare part of your question is true, but many in this forum will not realize this since it is only common place in 8 states right now, though I'm sure that number will grow. One program that I am familiar with is known as FSA in the health insurance industry. You might be able to learn more about this by going to the BCBS website.

I'm not sure about the free education, so unlike others who will spew there bias verbal diahrea about issue they know nothing about, I will leave that one alone.

Property taxes are local taxes, not federal. Congress doesn't control that.
