other than lose weight, they are a bit too big, i remember seeing a product that did it, but i cannot find it (probably because it didnt work. Is there some way to make the waist a little more loose?

Those waist expanders are mostly targeted toward women who are pregnant. So maybe if you look for a website that sells prenatal accessories, you will find it.

Yes...you can go to the sewing notions dept. of the store, probably, and buy a butthole expander...it is a device that hooks onto the buttonhole and gives you an extra inch or two....it has a secondary buttonhole. Good for jeans...not so great for dress slacks.
I used to use them in the 90s when I first started to gain weight.

I cut two little slits on the sides of my waist that expands the jeans about two to three inches and it looks cute. I hope that makes sense, like where the seam meets exactly on both sides of your hips.

Don't dry your jeans in the clothes dryer, let is air dry. Also, after taking them out of the wash...stretch them as much as you can. It helps a little.

I did this when I was pregnant- button them with a rubber band instead of the button , this will give you more room!
