I don't know, WWE really doesn't have much use for him, but I'm almost positive he's still employed. He may be sitting on another injury, he got in trouble after his debut for doing that, but he's pretty up there in age, so it wouldn't surprise me if he were injured and milking it a little. :Last time I saw him, he was on ECW. Check WWE's ECW website roster and see if he's still on there. They're pretty quick about getting fired people off of there, so if he's still on the ECW roster, odds are he's still employed.
As for wrestling being fake...I've never liked the term "fake" in reference to wrestling. I never liked the term "choreographed" either, because for the most part, most of prowrestling is on-the-fly. Wrestlers discuss the major spots and finish of the match before going out and wrestling, but other than that, the moves aren't "choreographed." It's true, nobody could deliver a real vertical suplex, for example, in real life without the victim assisting them, in that sense, wrestling is "fake" and "choreographed" but people get hurt, a majority of the time, the blood is real, although most of the time when you see someone bleeding on the forehead, almost 10 times out of 10, it's a self-inflicted juice. When someone's bleeding from the mouth, it's always a packet, unless they immediately fall over and REALLY die.
When you hear about someone sustaining an injury and taking time off, about 8.99999 times out of 10, it's fact based, but sometimes people fake injury to take time off. For instance, when Ken Kennedy, Edge, Bobby Lashley, and John Cena got injured this year, it was real. When Shawn Michaels, RVD, and a few others "received concussions" from Randy Orton this year, it was staged. Sometimes they stage injuries in order to take care of real, nagging injuries. I've heard Matt Hardy is going under the knife soon, although the injury was not inflicted by Montel Porter. Matt had appendicitis and had to undergo surgery.
I hoped this cleared up some things for you

Nah Boogeyman is still on ECW.It's just that since it merged with Smackdown, there's limited room on the line-up for everybody to be on it.ECW have little enough stars & are pushing BDV,CM Punk, Morrison & Miz.
The storyliners can't inc. everbody & there's no push or angle for him at present. He was on the Nov 5th edition of Raw where he was made an honorary member of DX ~along with H/swoggle & Khali.

I don't know, but if he hasn't then that's just another reason of why the WWE is being ignorant by overusing their top guys and underusing mid-carders.
It's the week before a pay-per-view or the very next show after the pay-per-view that the midcarders should at least be out there. They're underusing them way too much.

Yes, he was released by WWE couple of months ago. Yes wrestling is fake and it is also scripted. Sorry, I don't have proof of Boogeyman's release but I read it on the WWE's official website.

They really don't have anything for him to do at the moment. You can't really put him in a major storyline. Wrestling is not fake it is scripted.
