There are creams you can purchase to desensitive your penis, making your erection last longer. However, you do not just want to apply this to your penis and have sex- you will desensitize her genitals, as well, which isn't very pleasurable for her! Instead, you would need to apply it first and then put a condom over it. However, the creams may react negatively with the condom, deteriorating it and rendering it ineffective. So for you to use this method, you need to be willing to have what is, in effect, unprotected sex that may result in the spread of disease or pregnancy. You can also 'double wrap' your erection in two condoms or use very thick ones to decrease sensitivity. Again, this may be risky in terms of protection, but it can help. Another possibility is to masturbate regularly; that way you aren't a loaded cannon that's been waiting forever to fire and shoots right at the beginning. But perhaps the best method is to practice, practice, practice. Try different tricks to deal with the mental and not physical part of your climax- thinking of non-sexy things when you get close and so on. Be disciplined. And lastly, get your lady's help. This isn't all on you. When the two of you want to have a long, pleasurable sex session, you should stimulate one another. When you feel a little too close, you tell her, she stops, and you take turns. This greatly increases the time spent together, feels fantastic, and acts as wonderful foreplay for a tremendous climax together. In addition, remember that just because you've ejaculated too soon doesn't mean that things have stopped for her. Keep a dildo in the bedroom to continue the thrusting if she still wants it (or alternatively, use your fingers), use your mouth, hands, and imagination to help her orgasm. That should keep her satisfied! Hope that helps.

There is no such thing as "type A" diabetes. You probably are referring to type 1. The only possible "solution" is tight blood glucose control with proper diet and daily exercise. It's a neurological and circulation issue. The ONLY way to get things to work is with OPTIMUM health. It may be too late for the individual you refer to. Surgery is not a viable option, in my opinion.

I've heard drinking one glass of Pomegranate everyday for a month should help erections stay up longer and harder. I actually read it in Men's Health.
