I have an Intel pentium 4 processor(socket 775,3.0GHZ),2x1 GB Kingston DDRAM(400 Mhz, pc 3200) and a graphic card(Nvidia Gforce 8500GT -1024MB memory). Is there a motherboard that can use all of these hardware? I really don't want to buy other DDRAM 2, if i can manage somehow and use my old 2x1 GB DDRAM memory...what is the best way to deal with this problem?

Here is a link to Newegg.com's mobo's. 14 page's of 'em! I saw some 775 socket, DDR(184 pin),mobo's that are decent.

You know I gotta' say it! Food for thought:
1.mobo/cpu combo: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3311757&CatId=1599 This mobo/cpu combo supports your Pent4, has a Pent D dual core 3.0 with it,(ehhh!), and takes DDR2 ram, for $104.99 Match it with this DDR2 ram, 1GB for $24.99 This mobo supports Core2 Duo,(future), and supports 4GB's of ram,(of course if you're runnin' 32-bit Windows it'll only see a little over 3GB's)
2.Ram:Ultra DDR2 533MHz 1GB,(course you'll want two!)
