It's not sold in any stores, but you can find it in three places. In a barrel in Arcadia, in a chest in the Desert, and in an item bag in the Dragon's Graveyard.

If you don't like the old games, you probably won't like VI either. I haven't actually played it, but I assume it'll be about the same.
