Definitely Axl Rose, he came from nothing but abuse and made something of himself, he's made mistakes along the way but at least he isn't so pathetic and selfish that he killed himself like Kurt Cobain, who actually had very little talent in my opinion. Kurt Cobain knew the only way he would remain popular is if he was dead........complete Loser. There has been lots of "Kurt Cobains" but there will never be another Axl!

Kurt Cobain because he changed the face of music. He pretty much created grunge and imagine how big Nirvana would be if he hadnt have died?

All Axl Rose did was go crazy. He currently has cornrows and looks like he could be related to Michael Jackson.

Axl for particular. i do no longer think of that Kurt particularly extra wholesome the character of the macho "rock famous guy or woman", while Axl suits it to a tee. Kurt had an somewhat comfortable and comfortable soul and on an identical time as he disliked the acceptance, it variety of feels from what i've got amassed that Axl reveled in it and in a manner flaunted it, in real "rock famous guy or woman" custom. in terms of acceptance nevertheless they are for sure the two fairly nicely generic, yet Axl is often used for being a douche on suited of his music, so he's probably somewhat extra? that's what i think of besides. BQ: Nirvana<3 BQ2: Kurt :D

Axl Rose.
Guns n Roses had a way bigger fanbase from rock fans. Also they started years before Nirvana.

Kurt was awsome, and the Teen Spirit vid was not supposed to be that chaotic, but at the end of the day it just happened like that. Kurt is a legend because hes dead. That's how legends are made.

Yes, Kobain's death is segnificant (although I could consider Axl's artistic 'death' quite spectacular too). Anyway, Kurt Cobain is considered to be more innovative and influential.I prefer GN'R though, not necessarily because of Axl Rose, but because of the way they worked out as a band.

i think it is kurt and sadly like you said it is because hes dead...axl rose is still here and trying to make somethin of himself and i think he should have just let it go years ago and left the impression he made on people and not try so hard to be something hes not. he was big, and great at what he did and then tried too hard and ruined it when his time was over.

Kurt Cobain hands down.

G&R was a super popular band but they weren't really innovators. They just kind of worked with an existing formula. Nirvana ushered in a whole new "culture," a whole new way of thinking. There aren't any off-shoots of glam rock but the grunge infuence can still be seen.
