I put mine up the day after Thanksgiving, I like to enjoy the pretty decor and enjoy the holiday, When I lived at home w/parents, My mom wouldn't let us put anything up until 2 days before then it was up until mid Jan. When no one really cared. We never got to enjoy it.

I like to make the Christmas tree on 24 December:) and about the lights I started buying them, but it's not the time to put them yet. I think 1 week before Christmas will be good.

we arnt goining to put lights up cause were always so busy but we usually get our tree the first or secong week of december cause u dont want ur tree dried out or old or dying looking on christmas day.

I did the tree yesterday! it looks beautiful as always :)
no lights outside yet, and now it's freezing!!!! I'll just make my husband do that part!!!!
