I would say you can tell by the actual Turkey,but the average is about 2 or 3 days at the maximum,if you are feeling unwell now it may be something else you have eaten or it could even be the Turkey,I would say go to the doctors just to check everything out.

you could go check on the butterball website, maybe it says, but over a week is too long in the fridge. are you vomiting uncontrollably, and the other end too? if you are go to the er, if not, drink lots of fluid and throw ther turkey out, sorry you are ill.

Any cooked food in your fridge needs to go after 5 days.
