Dude, you can't rely on people to EVALUATE THEIR OWN MENTAL HEALTH. Which is what that study was asking people to do. People with serious mental health problems think they're the only sane person on the planet.
I have my own theory on that study as well. The researchers must have known that self-reported mental health is an invalid statistic. They were probably trying to measure if accountability, self reflection and denial could vary along party lines.
When you consider that a small percentage of people are Republicans (most qualify themselves as either independant or Democrat), the study shows that those who claim to be Repulbican deviate from the general public in regards to reporting mental health problems. This means that Republicans are more stubborn and unwilling to take account of problems that they have.
If you look at the numbers in the study, the Democrats and Independants are pretty close to one another, it's Republicans who are the statistical aberration.

The scientific data doesn't show that. Rating your own mental health could only be considered scientific data by those that don't have a clue.
If their was a poll that showed that 58% of republicans thought they were God compared to only 38% of Democrats thinking they were God, would you call that scientific?

Republicans feel compelled to as a group tell the whole truth, even when it hurts.
I find way too may Democrats in office currently find it difficult yet expand on the thought. Therefore, either can't recall or are unable to make a solid decision. Regardless if they may be more or less stable. Mentally or physically.

He would possibly no longer, yet probable he will. despite if he does not inherit the two of those illnesses, he will learn the habit. So he would have it in simple terms from staring at how his mothers and fathers are. growing to be up in that form of enviroment makes it complicated for a infant to be time-honored. despite if I actually have a chum who's mom replaced into Schizophrenic, the toddlers all seem time-honored.

Because the very act of being a Republican especially a Conservative Republican causes mental illness, therefore they are suffering from the delusion that they have excellent mental health when in fact they are mentally ill.

It only seems logical that democrates who often see themselves as victims would hold the opinion that they themselves have mental problems more often that republicans who have a more positive outlook on life

Did you even read the poll? It is NOT a scientific poll. The respondents rate their OWN mental health. A person who is totally insane would be ranked in the excellent column as long as he/she said they believe their own mental health to be excellent.
Congratulations, you have taken a potentially interesting poll and twisted it into false propaganda. Just like your little communist leader friends...

Generally speaking:
Republicans are more inclined to do for themselves.
Democrats are more inclined to have the government do for them.
Therefore, democrats feel less in control in their own lives.
