The Beatles original version for me. It suited Ringo's voice and it's a nice, cheerful little song. Joe Cocker's version was great, but he changed it a lot so to me they are almost like two different songs.

For me, it's a tossup. I like The Beatles orginal version but I also like Joe Cocker's re-interpretation of it. I like it when people do covers of songs and do their own completely unique versions of them instead of copying the originals note-for-note.
