If those were my only choices, I'd say Duke. Coach K can navigate the tourney like no other active coach (10 Final Fours, 3 National Titles). I like their guard play and help defense. I'm not sure that looking at game tape could prepare a team for the quickness of Duke's D. While UNC's disappointment after their Elite Eight choke job against G.town has been well documented, Duke is playing with a major chip on their shoulder right now after the VCU loss.
Right now, Memphis, UCLA, and Duke look like the teams to beat.

As between the two I'd say the Tarholes have the better shot at it this year.
That said, as a Duke fan I've been impressed with the Duke squad this year. They are ballers and they're going to surprise some folks who think that Duke has fallen on hard times.
I'd predict a FF appearance for UNC, Sweet 16 for Duke this year.

you should be apprehensive. The Spurs are a great team with experienced gamers. they are not in many situations the type to remedy till injured. This 365 days, their bench is particularly deep leaving much less room for blunders. Their checklist isn't a fluke. they have made it to the finals 4 situations recently and gained all 4. collectively as the Lakers beat the Spurs, the Spurs have completed the resembling them. The Celtics are great in spite of the shown fact that this is uncertain how nicely they'll carry out in the playoffs. The Mavs have been going to off significant matters yet seem to have hit a bump in the line. the warmth are too green. The Spurs confronted LeBron in the Finals 4 years in the past and broke out the brooms. oftentimes, the Spurs get extra advantageous because of the fact the season progresses. So in short, confident, i could be apprehensive if I have been you.

Way too early to call right now, especially considering the ACC hasn't even had a Final Four participant in the last two seasons.
Duke has looked good early - that game against Wisconsin was a huge blowout - but I wouldn't read too much into it just yet. I'd like to see how things go in the ACC before making too many postseason predictions.

Both schools have legitimate shots, but come on man, its December 1. Lets wait til at least late February to call this...
Kansas, UCLA, MSU, and especially my WASHINGTON STATE COUGARS are all great, so its going to be a fun year...
Duke has been lights out, incidentally, so congrats on that...Always fun when your team is on top.
