little dish liquid in sink of warm water & gently rub glasses with your fingers. Warm rinse water under tap. Dry with a non abrasive paper napkin, etc...

how did you get hairspray on your glasses?????

Put vodka on a cottonball, and wipe it like your cleaning it normally.
