Im wondering how did the WCW lose its bussiness

Yes the WWE bought out WCW...but that's not WHY they went out of bidness. IMO what killed them was the following:

- Overpaying their athletes, and giving guaranteed contracts to guys like Hall, Nash, Hogan, etc.

- Scattershot booking (including too many screwjob finishes) by the likes of Russo, Bischoff, Flair, Dutch Mantell and whoever was running things in the back.

- A reliance on older "name" wrestlers and the failure to build future stars. Other than Booker T., Jarrett, and maybe Rey, it can be argued that no one was elevated after they made Bill Goldberg a household name.

- Annoying gimmicks/stunts like bringing in ICP, Jay Leno, and Dave Arquette.

- A downturn in fan interest in wrasslin' in the late 90's.

- Time Warner's merger with AOL...which led to Turner broadcasting ending it's relationship with WCW.

All of these things led to WCW essentially being a dead brand, leaving them easy pickings for the WWE.

I know it sucked that it died cause it was the best, but the real reason and i didn't know until 2 or 3 years after it's purchase from the WWE, is because that Time Warner lost interest and so did Ted Turner himself.

They were getting rid of top names such as Goldberg my no.1 favorite, Hogan, Sting, Sid Vicious, Kevin Nash, and so on.

WCW was a $24,000,000 a year company that was losing $10, 000, 000 a year.

Bischoff even stated in an interview on WWE a couple of years ago and on the Monday Night Wars DVD and said that he was trying to make WCW profitable.

But because of that, ratings dropped, storylines were fading, and so were the stars.

Eric Bischoff wanted to buy it and spent six months to aquire it prior to it's death. But unfortunately, the deal was off.

It was sad, but i also think it was to do with backstage politics involving Russo and the wrestlers as well.

I do miss it, but TNA is sort of the new WCW now, and i guess life goes on and we all have to move on and that.

Let's not forget however, WCW was the no.1 wrestling promotion during the nWo/Sting angle and Goldberg, etc between 1996 - 1999.

Still far better than what we see today.

wcw did start to go out of buisness cuz it started to get very low ratings once vince russo came to wcw the ratings didn't even get to 3.0 during the years 2000-2001. And then it started to lose money and then vince bought it.

People hated Bischoff's guts. People couldn't stand the way time warner ran things. It sucked. They brought in a new booker every 5 months you didn't even know what direction the company wanted to go in. They never pushed any young talent untill Russo came. To late. Losing money every year and WWE bought it. They lost their TV deal so the Bischoff purchase wouldn't have worked.

we've a nature to seek for revenge thats all there particularly is to it. Ever because guy sinned we've been cursed to seek for revenge. we'd opt to return evil with evil, even nevertheless we could desire to continuously return evil with good, and not purely does is make the different guy or woman mad notwithstanding it is likewise the main suitable concern to do.
