The British government should not put up with this, and should (1) send all Sudanese diplomats home (2) cut all AID to Sudan and (3) recall all British citizens from Sudan.
Islam and Sharia law is dangerous. Why doesn't the west finally recognize that Islam is dangerous and barbaric. Do you see Muslim leaders, mullahs, and Imams crying out against this brutality? If ordinary Muslims are not part of the solution, they are part of the problem.
Europe or the Americas should never ever accept or integrate any aspect of Islam into their customs or legal systems. No we don't want to see women in burkas, or to celebrate or recognise Ramadan. Islam belongs in the middle east - nowhere else.

It is a spontaneous riot orchestrated by some extreme Islamist leaders; the masses are either persuaded, bribed, or threatened into taking part.
It is a perversion of Islam.
Actually, this isn't so bad compared to other events in Sudan.

The teacher meant no offense or harm by naming the teddy bear, it was an honest mistake. It makes me think badly of these people in Sudan where they have enough problems in Darfur with genocide and war. Why are they so concerned about a poor English woman who made a mistake and did not name the bear to insult them????

no the rest of the world would not let that happen, the sudanese depend a great deal on external assistances. As it is its silly and a form of hair splitting anyway. Let's just get the lady back to UK without stirring any more crap up..............
