Forget about removing it and just use the lock's keyhole... You know, to do your deed. I am sure it will fit like a glove.

How about a welder's torch....may leave a few scars, but it should be worth it! Don't forget the protective eye wear.

I find that if you start cutting one off with a torch, the key usually "mysteriously" turns up once that damn thing gets good and hot!
