newspaper (dailies) ,so I fervently request anyone to disclose
the sales of Hindu,Indian Express,Deccan Chronicle in state TN ,so that I can be aware of the number of persons who would read
my letter.I will write to Madurai city edition.Only serious answers please.

You should call or write to these periodicals directly to find out information on their circulation.
As for writing letters to the editor: In the US, the newspapers usually print a certain number of letters each day. They choose the best written or most interesting letters. When you send a letter to the editor, you should include a phone number where they can reach you in the daytime, as most papers will call you to confirm your letter before they print it.

Serious advice... Go through several blogs... Example, you could go to the NDTV website's blog section and participate. You could share your vies on all the agendas on a regular basis. Also, go through their editorial columns.
Also, please do watch "We the people" at NDTV.... It would do all good to you. Watch it once, and you would watch it forever.
