The democrats have been promosing universal healthcare since the 60s and they never did anything, just talk. But people are so stupid they really think she will give it to them, just like they thought the Democrats would pull the soldiers out of Iraq when she went on tv and said they would if you voted for them

I'm not Hillary fan. I agree that she's a hypocrite in asking we, the people, to pay for the medical care of our fellow citizens while she is refusing to pay for the treatment of a a guy who obviously needs some help. Heck, she was proven a hypocrite LONG before this debacle.
But how does this make her racist?
I mean, I agree she IS racist and sexist, too, but I have reasons. I think she is racist and sexist for assuming that blacks and women need help from the gov't to compete with whites and men.
But you failed to make that point, rendering your argument specious, really.

If given the authority, she will see that WE pay for this hostage taker's insurance as well as everyone else's - and that scenario will be sufficient for her to rationalize the fact that she has met any and all obligations she might have possibly thought she had concerning this man.
She wants YOUR money because she is definitely of the mind that any concern presently facing this nation can be solved by simply throwing more of YOUR money at it.

You've got to be kidding. If she did pay for it, many people needing help would think taking hostages and strapping road flares on their chest would result in their immediate needs being taken care of. Some things have to be reckoned with on a larger scale.
