my offer was accepted. he got all the infomation from me(the address the final offer ect...) at sencond day he put on offer on the property that I went him for. it's there anything can do with the law? regulations... in state of New Jersey to make things right?

If your offer was accepted, I don't see how the seller can back out just because they got another offer. They legally would still owe you the house.

Your offer and acceptance is in writing, isn't it?

Take your Purchase Agreement and go see a lawyer.

I would contact the Bank Manager and ask if this is the type of employee he wants in his Bank?

What a underhanded stunt to pull.

I'd probably wait outside the Bank and flatten his nose!!
