my offer was accepted. he got all the infomation from me(the address the final offer ect...) at sencond day he put on offer on the property that I went him for. it's there anything can do with the law? regulations... in state of New Jersey to make things right?

If you have a written purchase agreement with the seller, the seller cannot accept another offer unless you don't complete your contract.

If this was all verbal, you can complain to whatever regulatory agency governs lenders in your area, but it is unlikely anything will happen.

Once there is an offer to buy(bid) & seller acceptance and an executed "Agreement of Sale", no other offers to buy can be accepted by the seller.
