Yes, that's absolutely fine
as for the neons, i don't think that when you purchase them you will have much luck in sexing them, i would also suggest 6 neons instead of 5

as for the suckerfish, are you referring to a cory cat?
if so, you could add 2 more of them

Don't add more then 3-5 fish at a time with 1 week apart, the neons beeing an exception since they're schooling fish

As for the platies, i recommend 2 females and 1 male, and your tank would still not be overstocked

Hope that helps
good luck

EB

Edit*

Add at first the cory cats

then a week later the neons

and another week later you can add your platies

and another week later your mollies

It is not over crowded, but don't add to to many more. Platies aren't really schooling fish, but I thinkt he ywould be happier with 1 other platie. I Have 3 platies in my tank. And the good thing about platies is that there are a bunch of different kidns of em so they wont all look the same

In general, I think it is best to keep platies in school. I heard that they seem healthiers. [according to TFH Magazine] .

Your 12 gallon tank sounds fine. The only thing I can think of is the "small sucker fish." What do you mean by, small? Small like Otocinclus catfish or Small as in Plecos. If you want sucker fish, I would go for 3 otocinclus catfish.

I don't think you should add anymore fish just yet, if your mollies are male-female ratio, I would just dispose the fry. If you want more fish, I woudl add maybe 3 more neons for the school.

It is definitely crowded in there, but a more frequent maintenance schedule will help you out. Change your water more frequently, and test your water conditions more frequently, so you can monitor it closely. I would not add anymore fish, but when you can afford a bigger tank, I would purchase a 20Gal for the amount of fish you have. If you want to add more fish, or are thinking ahead for all the babies you may get, I would purchase a 55Gal. Good Luck!

platies are usually shooling fish, but just one or two are fine. that sounds like a nice sized tank, so i would suggest just getting two platies. as long as they were in the same tank, they should be okay. hope i helped some. good luck!

that sounds like a pretty good tank, dont add more though. keep that baby in a breeder so he isn't eaten by the other fish
