You may be able able to override it now, but in my house I run a server and all PCs have to feed through mine to get to the Internet.
I run my place on the high end but for the rest of the households out there, next year Microsoft is offering Home Server. This will give the parents more control with out the complexity or cost (several thousands of dollars) of a full blown server.
I went to Microsoft's introduction of Home Server but will be testing one out in a few weeks just to see how good security is.

No. Understand that your parents' intentions are good, although if they're blocking MSN, a bit excessive.
Perhaps you could surf those sites with adult supervision if you ask them.
I've heard you can find porn even on the Disney site.

Sounds like your parents are trying to protect you from internet wacko's. Be happy they care enough to do it!!! You have no right at all to try to stop them from blocking sights you should not be in. And if you download something onto the computer, your parents are going to find it and your going to be in more trouble than you bargained for. So ask yourself, is it really worth it????

Your parents probably know better than you, when they decided to block all the "not so good sites" for you, if you are wise enough you'd put up with their decisions till your are old enough to make your own wise choices.

Ever thought that there might be a good reason for them locking it up on you? Hey listen we all knew everything at your age...It isn't until 20 years pass and you are a parent that you understand what it is that they knew that you didn't.
And yeah....not to be rude....You really do need to go to read a book...English class...something...
