I have an oil heat burner.. everytime we get an oil delivery the heat goes out?

We have an underground oil tank.

William is right ,change the filter.You may also need a bottle or two of fuel oil treatment in the tank.

when is the last time you changed the oil filter ? when you get a delivery, it stirs up the junk in the bottom of the tank pluging the filter,
