They shouldn't. If anything, the rear should be higher. But I guess it could be cheap work. Or the springs for the rear have a smaller spring rate then those for the front, giving the front a bit higher lift. Makes no sense to me, I mean, I'ver never seen anyone load the hood up with logs and trash.
