The damn Benny at the beach who litters, is constantly on their cell phone and drives like a maniac! Thats who! I almost got hit while I was riding a bike this summer by some damn New York tourist who doesnt know how to drive the speed limit. Riding my bike to the beach has become more and more hazardous each summer...
