I love scrambled eggs, but I'll prefer the dry ones though. There are times when seeing and eating too much of the wet eggs may lead to a lost of appetite and that happened to me last week though.

Gees.....

Cheers and have a nice week ahead :)

I'm with you - I like scrambled eggs with cheese and let them cook till they're slightly crusty and brown. I used to work at the IHOP and it amazed me how many people like their eggs over easy. Yuck!

I like my "scrambled" eggs Marbled (cooked as if you are cooking a sunny side up, then after the whites are 80+% done pop the yolk & scramble as normal) & I like them firm, with maple syrup. but I prefer my eggs Over easy or Hard boiled over all...Unless it's a response to a pickup line in which case "I like them fertilized."

Somewhere right in between is perfect but nearly unattainable, from what I can tell. I don't like them runny - that's like eating them raw. But I don't like them stone dry either, unless there's a ton of cheese and other stuff in there to make it a bit juicier again.

Wet, I use lots of milk. I can't eat food that is dry.
