This year has been terrible for me! I turned 50, went through a divorce (it was finalized on my 50th birthday), had a skin cancer scare and my pet died...anyone else can't wait for '08???

yea ,i can relate .in april ,my car motor blew up,i got fired from a job i had for 9 yrs for no reason of mine, my dog got into some poison and died ,my girlfriends car which i was using to look for a job transmission went out. in JULY my grandmother died, the house i live in i was renting from her ,but was left to my aunt ,so my girlfriend and our 2kids had to find another home but have decided to go our seperate ways.i got another job but hate it. my football teams suck. and i turned 40, other than that no complaints but a new year would be welcome.

Well, there isn't much you can do about the cancer scare or the pet dying, but the divorce is another story. Remember, you married the guy the same as he married you. Anytime a marriage falls apart, it's the fault of both partners whether they like to admit it or not. And as far turning 50 goes, is that necessarily a bad thing? Afterall, if you hadn't turned 50 when you were supposed to, then that could only mean one thing - that you're dead...

im so sorry to hear that 2007 went badly for you. 2007 was a good year for me. i bought a house and moved out of my mother in laws house and my son started kindergarten and he is absolutely loving it.
