I vote for trying to discount military votes.
Thats what I will always remember him for.
" won the nobel prize"
The same one given to terrorist kingpin Arafat.
That award is meaningless.

bringing awareness to the fact that global warming is a reality, and that we all need to change our lifestyles to help stop it.
i assume youre not a fan of Al Gore. Well, you can go ahead and live in denile. Fortunately enough people have listened to him that there is a chance for change before its too late.
I dont understand how anyone can watch "an Inconvenient truth" and not belive that global warming is real.
There is so much real evidence. You have to be completely ignorant to deny the reality and threat of global warming. people are destroying the planet--we can and do have a large impact on our environment. We can also do something to save it, before its too late.
judging by all the other answers im on the Retarded Republicans board. I have no idea how i got here, or why you people are so moronic. i just hope you idiots arent old enough to vote.

It's hard to believe that after so many years of so much bebunking, there are still wing nuts insisting that Al Gore claimed to have invented the internet. It is one thing to be innocent of the facts, to have not had access to the facts. It is pigheaded at best to have access to the facts and continue to perpetuate mistruths. This is IGNORANCE, having the knowledge all around you and choosing to IGNORE it.
"During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet. I took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives that have proven to be important to our country's economic growth and environmental protection, improvements in our educational system."
Al Gore never said he invented the internet. End of story.

Al Gore did not have any great contributions except not getting elected and crying all the time. No Internet invention,
fund raising from the Chinese was Bill Clinton's idea. His best contribution was just not saying anything you could understand and was his own words and not someone Else's

You poor thing. So bitter.
None of the criticisms of Al Gore were ever particularly strong, much less now that he's demolished them by becoming an internationally celebrated environmental advocate.

Blasphemy!
His manbearpig hunting skills are second to none.
Where there are manbearpig tracks, there you will also find the Vice President, with his gun loaded for bear, man, and pig.

His greatest contribution was losing the election. That's the greatest thing he could ever do for his country, stay out of the white house.
