which time?
there is four dimensions to time;
Evolutionary Time, where evryhthing is flourishing and grows
Static time, where it appears nothing changes
Cyclic time, where the past reccurs again and again
Cataclysmic time where everything degenerates and dies

Although all four are occuring at the same time I find I am more aware of one at any particular moment. When you become aware of all four at the same time you have got in touch with a higher level of time which we call Eternity. Here you should be able to see past present and future like the old prophets such as Nostrodamus

dear purple
it is not clear which time you are asking about. each country has a time. but these are times with respect to the earth. there would be a time related to the solar system. then related to galactic system and then finally related to this whole universe.

have a reference to the big band theory.
