Who are they fighting? Innocent people.

Obviously we haven’t learned anything since Vietnam…

The people who support this war are idiots, fake patriots, I actually came across some woman saying America was lucky to have Bush.

"WAR ON TERRORISM" What a load of bullsh*t propaganda to get fat lazy americans to think that the war is meaningful.

The ENEMY!! The more I learn about Islam the more revolted I become. I think that you should go live over there that way you can help stone women in public and slit the throats of children. If you were in Afghanistan you could look forward to man love Thursday. Those Islamists are nothing but a bunch of sick, perverse and highly unstable people. Do you think it's right to want to kill a school teacher or even put her jail because of a teddy bear? Get real man this world would be far better off without the muslims.

The links between Iraq and the events of 9-11 are numerous, but only the reasonable need consider them. Everyone else is drowning in so many conspiracy theories that they'll soon be choking on their own drool.

Saddam Hussein sponsored terror all over the world, and he did it openly.

Saddam Hussein offered professional training to terror cell building organizations, and thousands of foreignors went through the camps, estimated at just north of 10,000 over a period of 12 years.

Saddam Hussein presided over one training camp that offered hi-jacking training in a aircraft fusalage. WMD inspectors have testified to seeing the fusalage at Salman Pak but were never allowed to investigate.

Saddam Hussein was actively reconstituting his duel-use weapons program to create a new line of WMD's. Under Clinton, the CIA investigated and reported on about 1100 chemicals that were allowed into Iraq by the Oil for Food Program, and Saddam's scientists were researching uses for them other than agricultural. The US Army has translated documents and offered them to the public through the Freedom of Information Act that extensively describe the program.

The final piece to the puzzle is that the Baathists were Sunni. The Sunnis of Saudi Arabia were already in their 3rd decade of global war against the US and cooperated with Saddam on many occasions for training and materials.

One of them, Abu Musab al Zarqawi was frequently in Iraq, and when wounded in Afghanistan, he was immediately welcomed in an Iraqi hospital for treatment and protection.

Recently, US forces discovered a map of Baghdad used by Al Qaida to control the city and move supplies. The map revealed that the strategy was identical to Saddam's strategy for controling the city while he was in power. There is only one way Al Qaida could have had these plans and only one way they could have known how to implement them.

I applaud you if you've read this far. If you're a typical liberal, you'll laugh off anyone who disagrees with you. I have numerous more connections than these, but my answer would be too long for you.

"What did 9/11 have to do with Iraq, NOTHING."

Who said it did? Please provide a link.

Hold On....I guess Hillary said Al Qaida was in Iraq;

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members, though there is apparently no evidence of his involvement in the terrible events of September 11, 2001. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security." -- Hillary Clinton, October 10, 2002

We Americans are in the middle of a civil war. We were successful in the Iraq "war". We have failed miserably in the occupation.

Iraq is going to have its civil war...and it will be bloody...whether we leave in 10 minutes or in 10 years.

Bottom line is that the Shia hate the Sunni hate the Kerds and vice versa.

club in NATO has 2 important standards... a/ member countries can not attack yet another member united states of america and b/ any attack on a NATO member is to be seen as an attack o all NATO contributors. NATO is a defense force alliance who's customary function and earnings to that's contributors is protection, a guard to attack. it is not a international policing corporation that could desire to or could be concerning itself in 0.33 party civil wars... there is taken under consideration one of those element as a rustic's proper to self-determination. they are able to upward push to greatness like Canada, Britain, the country whilst confronted with adversity or they are able to burn it to the floor - it rather is a call we've all made. i'm content cloth with the reaction from NATO, as a Canadian i don't opt for what's a shielding alliance meant to guard me perverted right into a international policeman corporation wherein we are imposing ourselves on different countries with weapons telling them what's what of their very own united states of america - that's not what NATO is approximately.

What did Germany have to do with Pearl Harbor?

No one ever said Iraq had anything to do with 9/11. Saddam needed to be removed long before 9/11. I'm just glad we eventually got to it
