Scrambled eggs, bacon, German bread toast with butter and a little salt, plenty of home-made aji (South American hot sauce) on the eggs, OJ or grapefruit juice and a cup of Hagebuttentee (rose hips tea)... Been that way since I was a wee lass...

a cup of coffee is enough to start the day...
i only eat proper breakfast on weekends...tat consist of either toast or cereal, or pancakes with maple syrup,and a glass of orange juice..yummy!
