I am 14 and am always bored at my house can someone give me an idea for a hobby please.

Read a book.
Listen to music.
Play video games
Annoy my brothers and sisters.
Sleep.
Go to 'town' with my friends.

What kind of things do you like? I have a nephew the same age as you.
You could try getting into music or sports: It's a fairly simple matter most times to set up a basketball hoop at home. Books are always good when you want to be quiet. There are a huge amount of video games and gaming consoles out there. Do you perhaps have a dog? It's pretty hard to be bored around a pet.
Have you tried your hand at writing stories, or art?

With all the different types of trains you can stay busy for years! I enjoy all the aspects of the hobby, building my own scenery, reworking the rolling stock and running trains. If you look closely at some of the movies you can see where miniature work comes into play. Guess where most of them got their start?
I started when I was about you age, that was 40 years ago.
Model railroading lasts a lifetime.

Video games, sports (idk what you like), art, TV, Internet, Reading, Going out with friends, listen to music, play with family, join a group that has the same interests as you!
