get this guy i work with a x-mas card?
this guy at work who is 25 but acts likes a 10 year old, iam 20, he was nice when he first started work then turned mean, then nice and last night at work was all i had to take from him, he blames me for things that arent my fault, he knew i was mad at him but he didnt even bother apologizing , instead he got mad at me since i ignored him and demanded for me to speak to him, he is afraid i am going to the managers about him ...funny he is the one who tells on me when i am the victim..but since its work and i have to act professional.. should i just get him a x-mas card to have less tensions at work? this guy was told not to talk to me and he just has to talk to me so if have to deal with him i will want less tensions

If you get him a card he will see that as you wanting to be friends or that you might like him no matter how nice and just friendly it is, he could take it the wrong way. If this guy is that much of a pain, I would just ignore him that means no Christmas Card for him. If you want to give other people cards then do so off the clock and when he is not around. Hey he was told not to talk with you, and well, you should see that as meaning you are not to talk to him. Any act to communicate with him could be blamed on you if and when he starts driving you crazy again. The the manager or HR person can just say, well why did you give him a Christmas Card if you do not want him to talk to you? You see what I mean. =)
