I live in Brooklyn, NY and I need it fixed soon. Does ikea provide repair services or do I have to seek repair service elsewhere?

is the frame made of metal? if not i would probobly just fix it with a small piece of 2x4 or whatever fits and a few screws if u need it fixed immediatly(might just need to find a cheep handyman. if its a futon and u dont want a piece of lumber screwed onto it making it look crappy then i would try to see if ikea can get u the whole piece that broke, take off the old one and replace it
