Okay, so you know how you can sign up for like horoscopes and news and jokes to be sent to your mobile phone? Well, since like September, I've been getting 3-4 messages a day sent with like news and jokes from numbers like 4544 and 1211. I didn't sign up for this! I'm 100% positive because I've NEVER signed up for any of that crap and never have posted my phone number on the internet for ANYTHING.
How do I stop this? It's really annoying!

Try going through your mobile phone company website. Customer service should be able to help block this kind of texting.

You probably tried to do something over the net with your cell phone number...Just reply to the message saying you want to cancel...

sounds like you tried to get a 'free' ringtone..
i'd talk to your cell phone provider and have them deny the charges.. it's hard to get in touch with those other companies and find the unsubscribe code..

try replying back to these messages and put "cancel my subscription"... it might work, i dont know. one time, i did that and they sent me a text back saying that it was canceled.
