well i saw a movie called The hitcher. it's not all that great but she kicks a**!!! lol

Penny Dreadful (one of last years After Dark Horrorfest ones) .. I think she survived.. not 100% positive .. but I really think she did..

and for the record.. High tension does not count as a "survivor" film.. she only survives for one reason... (which I will not give away since it is the "plot twist" of the film).. but that reason takes away her survivor status.
