How about, Bush is obviously not too worried about another terrorist attack and the Middle East must not be as big of a threat as he claims.

So he needs to just leave those countries ALONE!

As someone has said, commerce trumps all. This despite the fact that anyone could be infilitrating your nation via your southern borders. Makes Homeland Security a farce, albeit an expensive one.
