My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years, his brother's girlfriend and I get along great and the first year we were together I got her a gift for christmas, and she got me one but I knid of feel like it was because I got her something. anyway, last year I bought something just in case she gave me something but didnt, so I kept what i bought. Should I do the same thing this year? It's really stressing me out! Thanks

Stop. It sounds as though you are really only giving her a gift because she is there at this event or your afraid she might give you one and you will be empty handed. Sometimes gift giving does get out of hand. Give her a Christmas card if you feel you should give her something but don't just sign it with your name. Write something nice inside. You never give a gift with the expectation that you will get one.

Well if you two still keep in touch and act as good friends, just come out and say "dude! i'm gonna go buy you somethingggggg!!" say in a girly way you know? Like when your out shopping with your friends who are girls, your mostly giggly and all girly and stuff. And when you wanna get ur friend something there allways like "no no its okay" well give her a hint, so maybe she'll get you something...good luck

Why don't you ask them? Exchange gifts or go to lunch together.
