When the left itself is irrelevant how can one expect its arguments to be relevant.The left's one point agenda is to put down and hate
America and anything American.The left thinks it is the nation's conscience keeper and as such
has usurped to itself the right to decide what is good for the nation and what is not.The left is
moralistic about a lot of things but when it comes to a question of setting its own house in order,it becomes a whole new ball game with
a completely loaded set of rules and regulations all in favor of their pet "ISM"s.A
classic example is the Nandigram affair.The Left,mainly CPI-M and CPI supposedly working for the uplift of the poor has been riding roughshod over them and putting their uprising
down with an iron hand.Reminds one of the Stalinist era in Russia.Stalin is the role model for the leaders of the party.The less said the better about the Left and its ideals and the manner of imposing the leaders' will on the hapless masses.

some points here might help u
1. If the nuclear deal is through then it makes India more dependent on United States and its allies( for Nuclear Technology and fuel).
*This may be dangerous as America always enforces its foreign policies on others.
*This gives America an opportunity to influence India's decision on foreign/external affairs(by blackmailing).
* This eventually leads to India dancing to United States foot steps.

2.In case of India Conducting a Nuclear test,America can take back the fuel supplies and halt nuclear co-operation with India.(Ofcourse US president has the option of waiving this,but i dont think US is so kind to India)
*Nuclear Suppliers Group(NSG) also stops co-operation with India. This leads to India having Nuclear reactors and no fuel to run them.

3.Keeping in mind the above consequences India will definitely hesitate to conduct a nuclear test, thereby leading to
no/slow progress in India's indigenous nuclear technology.
In short Indian scientists will be handcuffed.
4. Hyde Act passed by United States does not allow it to continue co-operation with countries that conduct nuclear tests.This binds US from not co-operating with India in wake of a nuclear test.

There are two obvious reasons;
a) Firstly any thing seemingly pro american will be opposed by the left;
b) The deal may make India stronger, which is not liked by China, who is the master of the communist thought process in India.

yes,it's argument is very much relevant.
the deal will take away our right to conduct nuclear tests.we"ll be dependent on the US for every thing.u can already see what has happened to the Iran gas deal and the deal with Russia.both of which would have been completed had the US not interfered.

I am sorry but I am in favor of N Deal. Left is oposing N Deal because they have got into habit of thretening government to show there power. And they like to opose US for anything and everything. They want China rule in India. Sad.

This is purely a political game.

Left wanted to show its strength with congress by just opposing what congress had done, but congress showed its muscle of strength in Nandigram.

Both are ant-nationals of the highest order.

well nuclear is the cleanest most efficeint energy source out there. They do not want to answer problems, they want problems to stay so they can be able to get elected through fear, and hate. They worry about global warming, yet do not want to face real answers.
