For me i have a toss up between Albert Haynesworth, Jared Allen and Aaron Kampan

Yeah, I would narrow it down to those 3.

Haynesworth has been so key to his team. Notice he hasn't played the last 3 weeks and the Titans are 0-3 in those games.

I am going to say Kampman though. He is so good. Sack Machine!

Begrudgingly (as a Bears fan), I would have to say Kampman. He is surely the best "under the radar" defensive player in the league.

He has dropped a bunch of weight (down to about 250) so that he can use speed and quickness to blow by big stodgy O-linemen.

YAY for thumbs dumb.... Demarcus ware... im no longer being biased.. if he performed like hes playing on the prompt for the different crew i might want to nonetheless say him. the toddlers having the season of his existence.

Bob Sanders. Just seeing the difference he makes in the Colts D convinces me. They were shaky last year.

I wouldn't be surprised if its Sean Taylor, who was leading the league in INTs...Not saying I agree with it, but it could happen...
